Suitcases purchased at official stores come with a 5-year warranty and after-sales service. If defects in material or manufacturing are found during the warranty period, they will be repaired free of charge (if repair is deemed difficult, the item will be replaced).
However, damage caused by airline handling, other transportation damage, damage caused by improper use, superficial damage from normal use (wear and tear, scratches, fading, etc., on casters, zippers, handles, etc.), and damage resulting from repairs or modifications by repair centers not authorized by us are excluded from the warranty. Furthermore, please understand that damage to or loss of contents, or related costs such as loss of use or lost opportunities, are also excluded. Products purchased from non-official retailers are also not covered by the warranty.
Products beyond the warranty period can also be repaired. Please consult the store of purchase or the Hunting World Customer Center. To ensure smooth use of after-sales service, you will need to present the official store purchase certificate provided at the time of purchase. Please keep it safe. Please note that repairs may be refused if parts are no longer produced. Also, please understand that restrictions and exceptions may apply depending on your region of residence.
Additionally, for malfunctions caused by customer handling after use, repairs will be charged at cost. Please note that repairs will be chargeable in the following cases:

◆ Cases due to war, riots, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, or water damage (typhoons, floods, tsunamis, etc.).
◆ Damage caused by repairs or modifications by repair centers not authorized by us. Also, damage to or loss of contents within the bag, or loss of opportunity, will not be covered.
