How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping costs vary depending on the amount of your order, but are as follows:
Free shipping for orders totaling 55,000 yen (tax included) or more
If the total amount of a single order is less than 55,000 yen (tax included), the flat rate is 660 yen (tax included).
If I select "No specification", how long will it take to ship from the time I place my order?
If you do not specify a delivery date and time, your order will be shipped within 24 hours of completion.
*Please note that during sales and campaign periods, orders may be concentrated, and shipping may be delayed.
I want to change the delivery address, delivery date, or delivery time.
We cannot accept changes to the delivery address, delivery date, or delivery time after an order has been placed. Please note that this is not possible.
I want to combine separate orders into one order
Orders that have been placed under different order numbers cannot be combined (shipped together).
I want to check the status of my order
To check the delivery status of your package, please have your delivery slip number ready and check the Sagawa Express package inquiry system. The delivery slip number is listed in the "Shipping Completion Notification" email sent on the shipping date.

If an item is returned due to an extended absence, etc., it will be automatically processed as a return and will not be reshipped. If you would like to purchase the returned item, please place a new order on the website.

I want to know the shipping slip number (before shipping)
For orders that have not yet been shipped, a shipping slip number has not been issued. Once the shipment is complete, we will send a "Shipping Completion Notification" email to the email address you specified when placing your order, so please wait a while.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a "Shipping Completion Notification" email to the email address you specified when placing your order. The shipping slip number will be included in this email, so please check it.
When I checked the invoice number, it said it was not registered.
If your order has just been shipped, it may take several hours to a day for the tracking number to be updated depending on the delivery status of Sagawa Express. If it has not been updated, please wait a while and check again.
Can you ship overseas?
We are very sorry, but we do not deliver overseas. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I change the payment method when receiving my order?
Please note that cash on delivery orders cannot be changed to credit card payment upon receipt.
I would like the delivery address to be held at the office
In order to prevent accidents such as loss or damage of products, we ask that you refrain from specifying a delivery address as the delivery address for your order.
I'm often away from home, so could you please put my package in a delivery box?
Delivery to a delivery box is only possible for orders paid by credit card. If you would like your order to be delivered to a delivery box, please check the Sagawa Express delivery slip number listed in the "Shipping Completion Notification" email after shipping and contact your nearest branch directly.
*If you order by cash on delivery, we cannot deliver to a delivery box.
I want to specify a delivery date for pre-order items
For pre-order items, we cannot accept requests for delivery dates when placing an order.
What should I do if I am not at home to receive the package?
Cash on delivery orders can be received within 7 days of the product's shipping date. If you are not at home, the delivery company will notify you, so please arrange a delivery date and receive the product. If you do not contact us, the product will be automatically returned to us and will be considered a refund.
*Please note that we cannot reship the product.
Do you provide gift wrapping?
The product will be shipped together with a gift bag and message card.
Please note that we do not offer gift wrapping services.
*Gift wrapping is available at all stores nationwide.
