Membership Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Scope of Application of These Terms)
These Terms and Conditions apply to all matters between the User, as defined in Article 3, and the "Hunting World Official Online Store" (hereinafter referred to as "this Site") provided by Hunting World Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"), in connection with the User's use of the services (hereinafter referred to as "this Service").

Article 5 (Use of the Service)

Article 6 (Sending and Receiving E-mails)

Article 9 (Withdrawal and Disqualification)
If a member requests to withdraw from the membership in accordance with the prescribed procedures, or if approval for membership is revoked in accordance with Article 4, Paragraph 3, the member will lose his/her membership status.
If a user violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the Company may suspend the user's use of the Service or expel the user from the Membership.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)

Article 11 (Issuance of receipts and personal responsibility)

Article 12 (Product Price)

Article 16 (Jurisdictional Court)
If any problem arises between the User and the Company that cannot be resolved through negotiation, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance for all disputes relating to the Service.
Article 17 (Governing Law)
The establishment, validity, performance and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law.
