Membership Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Scope of Application of These Terms)

These Terms and Conditions apply to all matters between Hunting World Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") and members of the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Members") as defined in Article 3, when such members use the services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by the "Hunting World Official Online Store" (hereinafter referred to as "this Site") provided by our company.

Article 9 (Withdrawal)

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

3) Even if we are liable for damages to a member in connection with the provision of this service, we will only compensate for direct and ordinary damages, except in cases where we are guilty of willful or gross negligence, and the compensation will be limited to the greater of either (i) the total price of the products purchased by the member on this site within the last month prior to the occurrence of the damage, or (ii) 15,000 yen.

Article 11 (Product Price)

We take great care when displaying the prices of listed products, but in the unlikely event that an error is made, we will make the following adjustments even after your order has been confirmed.

a. If an item's correct price is lower than our listed price, we will contact you and charge you the lower amount.

b. If an item's correct price is higher than the listed price, we will contact you to confirm your purchase.

Article 12 (Compensation for damages)

If a Member causes damage to the Company or a third party in connection with the use of this Service, the Member shall immediately compensate for such damage.

Article 13 (Suspension or Cancellation of Service and Changes to Content, etc.)

If any issue arises between a Member and our company that cannot be resolved through negotiation, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance for all disputes relating to this service.

Article 16 (Governing Law)

The establishment, validity, performance and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law.
