For regular sales products and pre-order products, we cannot accept changes to payment methods after the order has been completed.
Please make sure to check carefully before making your selection when placing your order.

Payment is only made once.

Bonus payments are not available.

If you choose installment payments, some credit card companies may have a minimum payment limit (for example, payments under 1,000 yen are not accepted), which may result in an error and prevent the payment from being accepted. This site considers the date of your order as the date of use, and sends billing data on the day of shipment. For credit card payments, the withdrawal date will vary depending on the credit card company's cut-off date settings, so please contact your credit card company directly for details.

The COD fee is Sagawa Express' COD service fee: a flat rate of 400 yen (tax included) nationwide. This fee will be charged to you when ordering by COD.

Please note that you cannot pay by credit card when receiving cash on delivery orders.

Although you can use debit cards and prepaid cards on this site, please refrain from using them as there is a possibility that duplicate withdrawals may occur. Please be aware of this before making a purchase.
