What payment methods are available?

The following payment methods are available:

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

For regularly sold products and pre-order products, we cannot change the payment method after the order has been completed.

Can I pay with a bonus installment?

What is the cash-on-delivery fee?

The cash-on-delivery fee is the Sagawa Express cash-on-delivery service fee: a flat rate of 400 yen (tax included) nationwide. This fee will always be charged for cash-on-delivery orders.

 

Can I pay with a credit card upon receipt of a cash-on-delivery order?

You cannot pay with a credit card upon receipt of items ordered via cash-on-delivery. Please be aware of this in advance.

 

Can I use a debit card or prepaid card?

You can use debit cards and prepaid cards on this site, but please refrain from doing so as there is a possibility of duplicate withdrawals. If you choose to use them, please understand this in advance before making your purchase.

Products purchased from our official store come with a five-year warranty and after-sales service. If a material or manufacturing defect is found during the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of charge. (If repair is deemed difficult, we will replace the product.)

◆ Damage caused by repairs or modifications made at a repair center other than our authorized repair center. We also do not guarantee damage or loss of items inside the bag or loss of opportunity.
