Suitcases purchased at official stores come with a 5-year warranty and after-sales service. If defects in material or manufacturing are found during the warranty period, they will be repaired free of charge (if repair is deemed difficult, the item will be replaced).
However, damage caused by airline handling, other transportation damage, damage caused by improper use, superficial damage from normal use (wear and tear, scratches, fading, etc., on casters, zippers, handles, etc.), and damage resulting from repairs or modifications by repair centers not authorized by us are excluded from the warranty.
